email from ACE
Greetings Learners,
If you received this e-mail, it is because you experienced an error in which a course was removed from your already completed profile. Due to an agreement with Kaplan, ACE had to remove all options to select Distance Learning as a course, and in doing so, the system accidentally deleted it from previously existing profiles. After weeks of tweaking, this has been fixed and patched. Your KUOL course should now appear on your transcript. We apologize for this massive inconvenience, and deeply regret the confusion it caused. Do let us know if you require further assistance.

Glad to see it! I'm sure they deeply regretted hearing from all the upset students

Yup, I see it's back again. 3cr isn't a massive deal but it was an issue - and a concern with what might happen with Alexs
It's good that it was fixed

I got the initial email (after contacting them), but not the follow-up. But my credits are back too and I'm just glad based upon the principle of the thing.
