The techexams forum has a lot of people who have went through the path you're suggesting. I don't have any practical expierence with this, but I will say I like the theory behind it.

Then go to Admissions. The transfer guidelines should be there for everything.

Here is the list of courses guaranteed to transfer via Straighterline. WGU also offers a $200 "scholarship" if you complete at least 4 SL courses.
How come there are multiple classes? like natural sciences, there is microbiology, physics, biology? Can I just pick one and it will transfer to fullfill the natural sciences?

Depends on the degree. I think they allow 90cr as transfer.
You can definitely test out of all of the GE, just like the Big 3. The only issue I have is that they don't break it down as nicely as TESU does, so it's harder to figure out what the GE's are vs. other things. It's also a little wonky to try to figure out what will transfer in for the major/core courses. For instance, they want Project Management for IT - will the Study.com or Sophia PM courses count there? No clue. Will the Network Tech TECEP transfer in for one of the Network courses? How about the CSU-Global Intro to Networks and Intermediate Networking CBE's?
The best thing to do there is to take what you absolutely know will transfer in (GE's, esp from CLEP, DSST, and SL) and then do a spreadsheet to figure out what else makes sense. You have to find a balance between testing out ahead of time, and the cost of each course vs. taking courses there to maximize your tuition. It will be different for everyone. You want to figure out the best way to finish in a single term if possible. Once it takes you multiple terms, you lose the cost savings.

On the straighterline there are about 10 different courses listed as Introduction to Geography but range from criminal justice to government. I have taken a few classes at a community college like government, psychology, and criminal justice. Would WGU accept those classes as my geography requirement?
