Good morning.
Posting for a family member who is trying to get the quickest masters for financial gain. No judgement please. Must be RA but can be foreign. Looking at transcript it seems like the best bet would be professional studies. It could also be work based or a combo of both. Thanks for the judgement free ideas.

Quick questions:
1. What county does your family member reside in? What country does your family member have citizenship in? (if different than the country of residence)
2. What are the current grad credits your friend has? List the name of the course, course number, school and grade.
I don't think you gave us enough information.

I agree with @natshar a little more information is needed. Does your family want a competency based program and are the credits from the previous program fron an NA or RA school?

Depending on what is the major you can try Excelsior College, Liberty University, Fort Hays State University, Thomas Edison State University, University of Phoenix, Emipire State College, and Charter Oak State College. It is possible they can make exemptions?

You are correct. I didn't delve deeply enough into the fine print.
