Dear Colleagues,
I hope everyone is doing fine.
I would like to know about Free of cost / Tuition Free Masters Program.
The only ones I can think of is University of the People and WorldQuant University.
Are there any other tuition free / free of cost Masters Programs.
Thank you!

Not University of the People masters. Sure, "tuition free" it is, but you pay for exams and total is $5000+.
Yes, huge number of students is on often very generous scholarships - but those are for bachelor, not for masters (with exception of education masters, but that is not universally available either).
You can study tuition free in many countries, at least in Europe in person. But you probably meant online, so that doesn't apply much.
But this one comes to mind, AI masters from Universitaet zu Luebeck: https://ai-master.org/
Close to free, there are some little fees.

Yes, you're right about UoPeople. When I enrolled in the University, it was DEAC Accredited. It had total fees of around 300$ per course for the MBA. During my capstone course, it got accreddited by WASC. Currently, it has ended its accredition with DEAC. Funny, my transcript shows both DEAC and WASC Accredition. Now it charges 450$ per course for the MBA.
Indeed, many students have received bachelor scholarships. I guess that makes WorldQuant University the only Accredited American University offering free of cost education online.
Thank you for the recommendation. Will look into it.

NationsUniversity offers a scholarship for 100% of tuition for students from identified impoverished countries. Their degrees are exclusively in Christian religious subjects; their master’s are a Master of Theological Studies and Master of Divinity. Based in the US with national accreditation from DEAC.

Just because you're looking for a freebie, doesn't mean it's for you. You need to know what subject area you're going for and the reason for it, most programs will have some fees associated with it. I highly recommend searching for affordable international institutions where I have mentioned before in countries such as India, Indonesia, PI, and your own home country, etc. Also you should be compiling your own list and taking a look at alternatives if needed... Some freebie programs might not be for you if you're not interested in that subject matter.
