It would be helpful to know which state doesnt allow degrees from Nexford.

I just saw this when doing a search... Nextford might as well only admit non US students at this rate.. Not sure why they can't be part of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA).

As of the August 2025 Nexford University Catalog, students are not authorized to enroll from the following US states and territories:
  • Alabama
  • American Samoa
  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • Georgia
  • Indiana
  • Iowa
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • Louisiana
  • Massachusetts
  • Michigan
  • Minnesota
  • Mississippi
  • Montana
  • New Jersey
  • New Mexico
  • New York
  • North Carolina
  • North Dakota
  • Oklahoma
  • Oregon
  • Pennsylvania
  • Puerto Rico
  • Rhode Island
  • Utah
  • Virginia
  • West Virginia
  • Wisconsin
  • Wyoming

Note: The university is not regulated in Texas but may enroll residents. State authorization laws for online programs can change, so it's always best to check with the school directly for the most current information.

You can set up an anytime mailbox in a state they allow students.

That doesn't establish residency though. And how would you get the mail that they send to you?

They didn't ask if i was a resident. They asked if I had a different address I could use. Anytime Mailbox scans any physical mail sent to them and they send it to you electronically.

Do you want a physical diploma? Financial aid will require residency. Lying about where one lives could be grounds for expulsion. Not to mention the ethics involved.

I was going to pay out of pocket. That's probably why they worded the question the way they did.
