Lsit the D grade credits too. TESU counts them at least.

Even with D grades, I would still recommend applying to institutions that don't accept it, you shouldn't waste time on re-doing the course either.  It really depends on you, how you want to complete the courses, how you study, what really matters is finishing the degree of your choice.  For transfer credit reference, see below.

Excelsior accepts anything above a C-, again, they take 113 credits, you can have the remaining come through ACE/NCCRS, Foreign credits or those that come through from Nationally Accredited institutions.  https://www.excelsior.edu/start-with-mor...uidelines/

Again, as I suggested, your best bet is to go TAMUC or TESU for undergrad, then use UMPI MAOL or WGU MSML for graduate.  If you wanted the MBA, WGU MBA or the HAU MBA for $3K after scholarship would be best.  Keep us updated on which institutions you apply to...

Thanks. That's good to know. I had a call with UMPI earlier today and didn't really like their approach and pushiness.

FYI, if you filled out the form on the UMPI website, you talked to sales and you did not talk to anyone from UMPI. If that's what happened, they're going to keep calling you indefinitely now. Block that number; the real UMPI staff do not use that number.

Does TAMUC accept Sophia, Study and Saylor credits?

TAMUC does accept ACE credits from those sources, yes.

I'm almost thinking my best course of action would be to just enrol in Sophia, Study and Saylor and simply knock out credits based on gut feeling what's needed to complete a degree + interest, do that for like six months and then apply to the above mentioned schools and maybe even others and simply see which ones transfer the most credits and then pick the one that does.

With 40+ credits, you're already past that point, IMO. That's a good way to waste both time and money. You need to plan or you're never going to finish any degree. This will also slow you way down. "Gut feeling" is often very, very wrong.

For example, I read that Excelsior allows you to transfer up to 110 of 120 credits required. If I can get 110 credits transferred to Excelsior, I'd only have 10 credit hours left to complete the Bachelor. That can easily be done in one semester. Sure, they charge over $500 per credit hour so it would probably more expensive than some of the other schools, even if I only need 10 credit hours, but speed to completion is slightly more important to me than cost at this point.

It's actually up to 113 out of 120 credits. But Excelsior has very specific requirements, among which is at least 30 UL credits. But not just any 30 UL credits. They must fit with whatever degree you're going for. And UL courses at Study.com/Coopersmith can sometimes take more than 2x as long to complete as LL classes on Sophia/Study.com. If sheer speed is what you're going for, I really don't think Excelsior is it.

Based on what you already have, I'd say:

• UMPI - Most students can complete this in 2 or 3 sessions (4 or 6 months). You still need a few Sophia credits, but you should be able to get these done before the next enrollment deadline. Have your degree in hand in as soon as 7-ish months from now.
  
• TAMUC - Slight artificial slowing, but this should still be completed in 2 or 3 terms (4 to 6 months). Maybe 4  terms (8 months) if you're very unlucky.
  
• TESU - Only requires 18 UL credits. If you want to pay the residency waiver, you only have to take 6 TESU credits. The remaining 114 can be transferred in from elsewhere. Depending on which degree you want, you're probably looking at 8-10 months at minimum from today. Possibly sooner if you're able to devote a significant amount of time to study. 12+ months isn't outside the realm of possibility either.
  
• Excelsior - Because you need almost 2x as many UL credits at Excelsior than at TESU, I think this would add another 2 or 3 months to your time-to-degree when compared to TESU. It will probably be marginally less expensive than TESU, however.
  

I am not sure if UMPI accepts German classes for the language requirement. Try to ask if you can about that. If they say they only accept Spanish or French, Sofia has both languages.

They do. UMPI has accepted a variety of foreign language credits from ACTFL exams, including German and Arabic. The YourPace program only offers Spanish or French, but their on-campus programs also include native languages and (I believe) German. ASL also counts as a foreign language.

The History degree might be different; they might require Spanish/French for that one. I'm not sure, but I don't think they do. All other degrees are absolutely fine with any and all foreign languages.

Since you didn't put the course numbers, it's kind of hard to tell if all of these will count. So, questions:
Fine Arts Interaction - what is this (possibly a hands-on course, or was it just an art appreciation or art history course?)
Academic Lab Reading - was this considered developmental or a college-level course? you can usually tell by the course number
Rhetoric & Composition - was this the same as Composition I? or is it Comp II at that school? again, course numbers are helpful

The cheapest/easiest/fastest degree has been the UMPI BLS, with the BABA in close 2nd. Most people here are reporting UMPI as much faster than TAMUC. But, with the new Brightspace platform, we don't have the info yet on whether the courses are still as fast, so we won't know until people that have done the courses in both systems, and people that are going through this term, can report back if it's still just as fast as before. I have a feeling the holdup will still be the professors (how quickly they grade papers/projects) rather than more work being assigned, but we shall see.

TESU is also a good option, since it's a very known quantity - it's been on here for many years, has lots of options for degrees, and you have jumped over the hurdles needed (30cr of RA) to make it easy to complete. More expensive than UMPI, but if you are looking for a regular program (as opposed to a competency-based program), TESU is probably better - although Excelsior is also good.
