Sophia transfer guide for COSC states it corresponds to MGT 460.  Has anyone transferred that in and been awarded upper level credit for MGT 460?

Hey, Haven't transferred it to COSC, but it should be current and the only UL to COSC from Sophia.org
If you're looking for other UL, there are Business Ethics and Organizational Behavior at StraighterLine
Note: On the COSC/SL equivalency transfer guide, it says Lower Level but it does come up as Upper Level
