I'm just wondering if anyone run into this problem.

I took a few course with SL, recently finish three of them I submit them to ACE for credit two days later they cannot add it because SL said I didn't take the proctor exam.

I finish all exercises, and also took the proctor exam with proctoru, they said proctoru don't have any record of me taking the exam. I mean how do I even take the final without a proctoru, the final is password protected that can be only unlocked by proctoru.

They told me to give them 24 hrs to work it out with them, I just don't understand how proctoru don't have anything that I took the test, there's no way for me to prove this because I'm not allowed anything beside my ID to take the exam.

I took the entire month off to get some classes out of the way and I did now I'm not sure how they will handle this.

Anyway, I just want to see if anyone have this problem before and how it was handle.

I sure did have this issue with Western Civilization I and II. They approved My Civ I but denied my Civ II. I contacted SL right away and they said we don't show a proctor session. I made the exact same argument as you but they also said they needed to contact ProctorU. ProctorU said they couldn't find the session, I wasn't able to prove I took it proctored either. Long story short, I have to retake my Civ II exam, I finished it in about 3 minutes this time because I no longer cared about the 90%+.

Special Note I had to pay the $5 again to take it soon. SO ProctorU got $10 from me for one test I could have done for free. I think this is just a "random" issue to make more money and they somehow know when you are just about done with there service. The closer to the end of my courses ProctorU got worse and worse.

I had this issue but NOT with SL, it was a different program and that program pushed the issue and proctorU DID "find" the session. I hope they find yours.
*sigh* I thought this was just a fluke.

I hope they work this out for you. I've had snags - the most recent was with ACE. My son (18 SL courses complete) was denied his credit because "no student by that name can be found." Took a couple days but I think it's fixed. Just press forward, and try not to get too worked up. I am sure they'll find it, or I hope so!

Yeah after over a week SL pointing me to ProctorU and ProctorU pointing me to SL, neither one seems to be concerned about I took the final proctor and it did not show I got it done, took a week and still got nothing done, I call today and start yelling, kicking screaming, everything I got in me for them to reset the exam, so I can redo them again.

SL didn't want to reset the exam without hearing from proctorU and proctorU didn't want to reset the exam without conformation from SL, go figure, I'm at almost the end of using them, I guess it's their way to keeping the membership going.

I just reschedule my finals, and once again have to take them.

My last questions to them:

Me: How can I prove I took the exam this time if proctorU claim i didnt do it?
SL: ProctorU will confirm you took it.
Me: Same way the did the last time, for my last few exam that didn't get confirmed?
SL:....hold on a minute please
SL: ProctorU will will confirm that you take the proctor final.
Me: So nothing change, i'm at the mercy at proctoru?
SL: They are a different company, we have no control what they do.
Me: I pay SL for the course not proctorU, if this does not get recorded, I want a refund include membership so I can take these course elsewhere.

Me: Well, I can dispute it with my credit card company, service paid for not received, I paid SL for college course and credit, not proctoru, and I have proof I took the exam SL just won't accept it.
SL: wel... "I interrupt"
Me: Thank you for all the information, you were very helpful in my education process and have a nice day.

I know some here got good luck with them, and it started out good for me, but beware when it comes to the end of you using them, plan ahead for some time day to keep you paying the membership.

I'm starting study.com soon as I get all this resolved.

This happened to me as well, but I found out it was not a SL issue, but a ProctorU issue.
There's only one thing I don't like about SL is that, their site has so much "junk scripts!".
ProctorU resolved the issue for me after countless of calls/emails back and forth...

It happened to my only failed ACE course "Introduction to Statistics", I had a 65% total on this (a D).
Anyways, besides the point, the exam wasn't showing up as an option to choose as I rescheduled it.
It went back and forth for a few days until ProctorU actually had to re-add the exam to my schedule.

Note: My account still has issues with ProctorU, it shows EVERY single exam I have taken and can "reschedule" again.
That's all 29 or 30 courses I have with them. It shows duplicates of a few times for a couple of courses.
As long as you get to ProctorU with the "exact wording and screenshots", they'll understand what's happening.
