I feel like this has already been answered, but I can't find an answer using the search function on this website, or on StraighterLine's website. So is StraighterLine credit transferred to TESU as Credit/No Credit or is it factored into the GPA? Or not factored into the GPA, but the grade is still shown? Thanks for the help.

Credit only.
Even courses from other schools with a grade do not count towards your TESU GPA, and show up as "credit" on your official transcript.

And since someone may ask- you CAN get a grade for a SL class if you go through COSC. You have to send it directly from SL to COSC. When it comes that way, they will attach a grade. When/if it comes through ACE first, it's just recorded as credit.
(it is my strong opinion that if you want grades, to also still put it on your ACE transcript to cover all possible bases down the road)
