Problems with ACE transcripting

I still haven't heard anything so I'm starting to get a little worried. I'm not worried about it being added, but more worried about the timing for TESC. The only reason I haven't called them yet is because I'm still debating Intro Stats with ALEKS. :willynilly:

Try this :

Log into your ACE transcript page,click on the my account tab,write down the participant id # listed under personal information. Log out and then sign in using that participant Id # and your last name. That should allow you to see if there is a second account out there under your name.

That is odd mine has the following info under Personal Information , under the account information tab

Birthdate: this is blank

Strange but I cannot log in with my Participant ID but I can with my social security number. It still shows the same info though.

Ok, I did end up with two ACE accounts, so maybe that is why there is that number on mine.

My intermediate Algebra is still pending from 12/29/09 but Trig and Beginning Algebra went through fine. What's odd is that Trig was the last of the bunch. I emailed them and so far I have had no response.

Ok, are these courses through Aleks ?

Were they approved by the Vendor( Aleks) ?

Is it ACE that has them pending ?

Yes they are all through ALEKS. The turn around for ALEKS is literally hours and then ACE has had them pending since then. I took Beg. Algebra, Inter. Algebra, and Trig (in that order) but only Trig and Beg. Algebra are on my transcript. That's why I'm confused. :willynilly:

My account shows the last 4 digits of my ssn and a unique participant id #. It is listed after birthday and gender which are both blank. So, I will not be expecting a card from Ace in February.

Peace, my account view is exactly the same as yours. Sometimes it could be just a computer glitch or human error made that day. Or you know, the one who always blames the mysterious (new hire) for all these types of issues when its actually that same someone who left early for lunch or went home early.:leaving:

Try my method, get a human on the phone to update your account! I don't necessarily trust email for these sort of issues. You may have someone who's IM'ing or surfing the net all day with your file in a stack on their desk.:toetap: Can you tell I've had the pleasure of working with "slackers".
