Anyone else having trouble accessing exams through Remote Proctor today? I've taken 8 exams already in the last couple of months and today I went in and it wouldn't even load the pages. I just spent 2+ hours online with tech support and they couldn't figure it out. Their suggestion was that it *might* be my internet but they weren't even sure. They just said to try again later. I haven't had any trouble with any websites, can stream videos just fine so I don't think its that. banghead

Yes! Last night. I was going to take the test then but decided to give it a day so I could review all the chapter quizzes. Looks like I should have gone ahead and tried. I'm now three hours into trying to get RP to load. Everything on my computer is working perfectly. I just don't understand. Grrrr!!! I guess Ill try again tonight after the kiddos are in bed. For now its time to cook dinner.

I just took the Research Methods yesterday and it worked fine. And I just checked right now and everything seems okay. Perhaps try downloading CCleaner, it a simple software to clean internet and computer.

My brother had issues with RP not loading properly and freezing up today too. When he finally got it working, his library internet connection disconnected in the middle of the test.

Anyone else have a proctor from ProctorU just start randomly clicking and looking around there computer? When I took my Financial Accounting SL Final the proctor started doing this and I was a bit concerned with it. However, when I took my Intermediate Accounting II Midterm from them the Proctor was much left intrusive and didn't yell at me for reading questions to myself.

I finally got it to work today. I think I spent about six hours yesterday trying to get it to load but it would get to the interview screen and freeze up (everything else was fine before that). So I'm not sure what the glitch was yesterday. Today it loaded right up and I hadn't done anything different to the computer. Anyway, I'm finished - last class completed except the capstone which starts in April. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself for the next couple of weeks. (Oh yeah, I might start doing some research for the paper). But at least I can breathe a little bit. No more waking up at 6 a.m. to do exams and staying up half the night to study.
