I've seen postings in the past where people have been able to share experiences and advice on the Peterson tests, relating how the practice test scores will likely relate to the actual test grades.
Can anyone share their experiences with the ECE practice tests and how that seemed to play out with the actual test results????
Thanks,
Judy

Judy, I always did better on the actual exam than my scores on the practice exams. I think part of that is due to some of the scenarios being the same, so I already knew it for the real exam. Reading the practice exam answers and rationales helped me alot. I would earn between 50-75 on the practice exams, but got mostly B's on the actual exams, except one that I did get an A on. You will do fine! Just make sure you read all the rationales, both right and wrong. These will help you a lot. If I can do these exams, you certainly can! Good luck! Keep us posted on your success!

Marianne,
I'll be needing to take a Microbiology exam through EC....I'm a TESC student needing UL credits.
So I assume it's worth purchasing the expensive EC practice tests? I think they are something like $55? Is it just one test, a few tests? KInd of like IC at all?
Thanks for the insights! cheersmate

:iagree: I completely agree with Marianne that the practice tests are very helpful! They give you 2 practice tests for $65. Each practice test is 100 questions. The questions are very similar to what is on the real exam. I studied the questions and the rationale behind the answers and used this as my main study tool. They are totally worth it IMHO.

Thanks for your answers. I do believe every penny spent on the practice exams are well worth it but wondering if all was okay, as I do seem to test with a lower score on the practice exams and then do okay on the test. I don't have a lot of time to get books and study, so must rely on IC and the forum posts -- so was just getting a little nervous.
Thanks for feedback.
