It very likely wouldn't count for math since it's considered too basic.
If she fulfilled the exams we mentioned above, she likely wouldn't need any to very little FEMA/TEEX credits since she's already accumulated credits in different courses.

What are the chances that COSC will take credits from a non-regionally accredited college? She might not be able to transfer those credits at all. It's from CFNI.
Don't miss out on something great just because it might also be difficult.

probably low-ish. Maybe they'd just incorporate them as free credits which don't satisfy any degree requirements and act as filler space perhaps.

Slim to none. Worth a shot though.

On second thought, it could be cheaper/better through TESC
Check out this:

I think she'd just need a math course i.e. ALEKS College Algebra/Trig/Pre-calc, 3 credits in "intellectual/practical skills" like CLEP Information Systems & Computer Applications, DSST in World Religions (for diversity), DSST Ethics in America (ethics), either DSST General Anthro/Intro to Sociology (for more diversity), & CLEP Humanities (6 credits) for a total of an extra 21 credits
that would be about $60 + $100 + $100 + $100 + $100 + $100 = $560 + application/graduation fees
and she needs 60 credits total and she already has about 50 credits that satisfy science, social, etc. requirements for TESC.
edit: DSST World Religions is in two categories one in Diversity and another in Humanities. Maybe that can shave off another $100 to make it about $460 plus application/graduation fees
Edit: Nvm. The 1 year subscription using the TESC "Enrolled Options" Tuition Plan would be an additional ~$3,300. The TECEP "per Credit" plan could work,, but you'd have to factor in the price for that and the lack of info/prep materials for TECEPs compared to the alternatives mentioned above.

So that may be superior.
If considering TESC. I would suggest the following TECEPS (based on ease of completion) if using the per credit plan:
MAT-105-TE (Applied Liberal Arts Mathematics)
CIS-107-TE (Computer Concepts and Applications)
PSY-270-TE (Psychology of Women)
SOC-210-TE (Marriage and the Family)
She would still need DSST ethics in America or some other Ethical Leadership course. This would be 111 Per Tecep ($444) + DSST cost ($80) + application fee ($75) + proctoring fee for DSST (??) + study materials (??).

$444 + $100 for DSST (assume $15 - $20 proctor fee) = $554 + miscellaneous fees.
So the question that person will have to come down to is to go with TESC and save about $1,200 doing the TECEPs but lack of test prep vs COSC where there are defined & robust prep materials for DSSTs and CLEPS. These TECEPs that are mentioned sound like some of the easier ones, so it may be justified to go in that direction as long as the student has a handle of what/how to study. If it were me personally, I'd do the TESC one but that's only because I know enough about how to study for these exams to feel comfortable enough, but for someone who has no clue, maybe COSC even though it's $1,200 greater.
The other thing is by figuring out which college to go to, it also paves the road for finishing the Bachelor's degree at that college as well. If she goes with the 4 TECEPs then she'll likely want/need to do the remaining 4 TECEPs which could present a problem or go through COSC which would cost about $2,600 but forgo that in favor of exams that have established pass rates and other data.
The important thing, imo, is to explain the pros/cons of each program and what each may expect. One comes at an excellent price, the other one is more comfortable/straightforward but $1,200 more expensive.

For an Associate in Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior (not necessarily the best or cheapest option, just throwing it in for the sake of showing it), I think she has all of the actual degree requirements met other than Information Literacy and the Capstone, and maybe an elective or two (take whatever, just a matter of accumulating enough credits). The only maybe there would be if they'll accept her DEV 108 Intro to Math for credit or not (honestly, it seems likely - they accept ALEKS Beginning Algebra for their BALS).
That's assuming that those are all semester credits though, and not quarter hours. I think even with quarter hours she'd probably cover all the area requirements - just would have fewer total credits.
Excelsior Associate of Science in Liberal Arts Degree Requirements:
3 CR Written English (met w/ Eng I & II)
6 CR Humanities (met w/ Amer Sign & Interper Comm.)
6 CR Social Sciences/History (met w/ her psychology courses)
6 CR Natural Sciences/Mathematics (must include at least 2 CR of each) (might be met. She's got plenty of science courses at least. Just a question of whether her Intro to Math course will count. CLEP College Math or ALEKS Beginning Algebra if not)
6 CR Arts and Sciences Electives (met)
29 Applied Professional OR Arts and Sciences Electives (think all she needs is one 6-credit CLEP? Analyzing & Interpreting Lit would be a good one).
1 CR Information Literacy*
3 CR Associate Degree Capstone*
*These would need to be done at Excelsior. Might be able to find a different Info Lit course.
Main hurdle is cost - unless she's got some sort of military status, veterans benefits, or qualifies for financial aid, then between fees and tuition finishing through Excelsior would be about $2800 out of her pocket, not including any testing fees.

Often when someone's list is short and simple, it's unnecessary to apply ahead of time, but if she's looking at COSC, I would suggest she go ahead and apply. It would be good to know if they accept all her credit, and where it would fall.
Based on her courses attempted and grades, as well as the fact that she owns her own business, I think she might have great success with some of the self paced options like Straighterline, FEMA, and ALEKS. These can fit in and around her life and she'll have a lot of control over her success. I think testing would be an excellent "phase 2" once she gets rolling and has a solid plan.
Any chance that her business is in health/fitness/nutrition?

I don't know what CFNI is....but if they are from an RA school, or are ACE / NCCRS then they would likely be allowed, otherwise probably not.
