Pierpont response from Nancy?

Is there another method I should be using besides emailing Nancy? All of my transfer credits have been in Pierpont's system for quite some time now. I emailed Nancy Parks on 10/24 and 11/16 asking about next steps/getting the credits evaluated and received no response either time, which seems unusual from what I've read on here. I did email using my Pierpont student account.

Do you have specific questions for Nancy or anyone specific at Pierpont? Did you also check your academic evaluation to see how many credits are in the evaluation transcript? Your focus should actually be taking more credits from Sophia.org towards the max transfer to UMPI or whichever institution you decide on. My focus has indeed been on taking more courses through Sophia.org to transfer. I know I missed the December graduation deadline, thus I am looking ahead to make sure everything is lined up for the next graduation. Per both the Wiki and posts I've read on here; the next step is to email Nancy Parks directly from my student email to ensure I've met the requirements for the BOG (which she evaluates?).

6. From your student account, click on "ROAR". This is where your transcripts and other student information is kept. You may be greeted with what looks like a login form instead of ROAR. If this happens, hit refresh and you should see the Main Menu. Click on Student -> Student Records -> Unofficial Academic Transcript -> Submit button. This will show you what, if anything, has already been processed. Your RA/NA credits will likely be processed almost immediately while it may take a month for your ACE credits to be evaluated.
7. When you see that everything has been processed, use your Pierpont email to contact the Program Director (currently Nancy Parks) to confirm that you have met all of the requirements. You will then be instructed to fill out the application for graduation.

So, in my emails I simply asked if I have met the requirements. My transcript lists all 67 transfer credits I submitted. I'm not in a hurry, I just wondered if I missed something in the process as I haven't received a reply which seems unusual from other experiences I've read about here. I do understand she's very busy. I just want to have my ducks in a row so to speak.

It’s definitely been difficult to catch her the last few weeks, but it’s a TON of folks for the Fall 23 class, so I know they’re crazy busy. Have you been checking your personal email or your Pierpont one?

You'll most likely get a response after the graduation period (December 8th) as they only have two people working on many BOG AAS graduates that have made the cutoff. For those who haven't made the cutoff, she'll respond back accordingly, I would email them after December 8th to see where things are, the other person is Lisa who actually verifies you've made all the requirements for graduation...

I've been checking both (my Pierpont email is supposed to forward to my personal, but I check it still just in case). I'll just see what happens after this graduation period is over! Thanks!
