They send you an email with an attached pdf file with the text. The AOE of your degree won't appear on the ROAR account. ROAR only shows which courses transferred, # credits and GPA.

I can't get Pierpont to accept my Google Certification to apply the AAS AOE either. The transcript request from Credly shows:
Google IT Support Certification Issued by: Coursera Issued to: me Issues on: 30 August 2024 Description: Those who earn the Google IT Support Certificate have completed five courses, developed by Google, that included hand-on, practice-based assessments and are designed to prepare them for entry-level roles in IT support. They are competent in foundational skills, including troubleshooting and customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security. It does not actually include the 5 individual courses on the Credly transcript however. I included a link to Coursera and my "badge", which does show all course descriptions, but that is insufficient because Pierpont "can't accept transcripts from students as official." Not really sure how to proceed.

If there is a way to send a transcript that includes the individual courses that make up the certificate i haven't found it. I just left a voicemail with Registrar's office to hopefully figure out what is missing.

Did you apply for graduation before October 4? If so, continue onward towards the degree requirements, if not, continue onwards anyways and put more focus on the Bachelors requirements as well. If, for some reason they're not taking Coursera anymore, you can take the Sophia.org classes in CS/IT to get the emphasis you're looking for...

I literally sent the exact same transcript from Credly 3 different times. The response of this morning was "We received the transcript through Credly. It meets the requirements, so you are good." I'm not sure what I did differently, but it seems to be resolved. The Google IT Support credits aren't showing up on ROAR yet, but I do have 25 from my local CC and 45 from Sophia. I also applied and paid the $350 before October 4th. I think I am good to graduate either way, worst case I don't get the AOE. I'll take your advice and keep working the other CS/IT courses though. Thanks!
