Hello all!
I am working on trying to get the BOG Associates on the way to my Bachelors.
I have a few questions.
1.) Do they allow military experience for any electives?
2.) Arizonas ASU is $25 plus $400 at the end correct?
3.) I do not have any RA credits. Im starting fresh. I am a bit confused after reading the Wiki as well as other forums (the proceed with caution threw me off) is Sophia sufficient or not?
Thanks so much!

If the military experience is in an ACE transcript (your JST, I believe?), Pierpont should accept it no problem.
Most ASU Universal Learner classes are $25 + $400. However, there is one 1-credit class that is a flat $25. For the Pierpont degree, take that.
For Pierpont right now, the only RA credit you need is the ASU class. Everything else can come from Sophia or your military transcript.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

@HonuDriver, Exactly what Rachel83AZ mentioned... In addition to that, you should review your previous two threads, as you were looking at Associates/Bachelors options. Within the replies, there are valuable advice, such as using CLEP/DSST, Sophia.org and also the pricing towards Excelsior/TESU Bachelors degree at the military rate. Find the advice that suits you most, be open to options.
There were other institutions mentioned such as UMPI BLS... If you have technical credits, I would shoot for the UMPI BAS instead as that's an Applied Science vs Liberal Studies degree and the requirements are slightly easier. You'll be pulled in all directions, find something you want to ladder into, such as Pierpont BOG AAS with an emphasis, UMPI BAS with a different minor or two minors.

I'm going to assume that your military experience is not the Air Force, otherwise you'd probably have CCAF credits, which are RA credits. So you're probably one of the other branches, and will have lots of credit on your JST. You can pull it up and see how many credits you have. It won't make a difference on getting the graded RA credit you need, but it will make a difference on how many courses you need to take from Sophia, so look that up! You can list it here if you'd like, and we can tell you where it would fall on the Pierpont list of requirements.

There are 2 classes with the same name so please make sure to go with this one:
https://ea.asu.edu/courses/business-tech...s-cis-194/
You can take the class, the final is explaining in detail how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (literally). Once you pass you can go into the official transcript section and for 15$ I believe send it to Pierpont electronically.
Completed:
UMPI: BA Criminal Justice
Pierpont: AAS BOG w/ Emphasis in Information Systems
Sophia: 24 Courses - The CSM Course - ASU: CIS 194 Business Technology Fundamentals
Coursera: Google IT, Google Data Analytics, Google Digital Marketing, IBM Cybersecurity Analyst
