So I was wandering if course like  environmental science counts as GRADED RA since doesn’t have touchstone

Any Sophia course counts as GRADED RA even the one with zero touchstone counts as GRADED?

Nope - Sophia courses are not graded - they are scored, and come in as Pass/Fail or Credit on the transcript.  You need to take a graded RA course from somewhere (where you get an A, B or C), and it's already been said in this post the cheapest/fastest course to do this.
