bjcheung77 Mod Edit: Basically, Patience is a virtue... Please review my post #2 and #4 - You should only need to email them once indicating you have all the completed classes and your application for graduation.  Do not send them more than that one email with your graduation application.  

As an example, they only have one person responding to emails, they don't get paid overtime for this and previously, many days I've noticed Nancy Parks (or the new individual) respond early in the morning or late at night, even on the weekends, and they try to answer many questions.

Don't be the person who sends them more than that one time, if you and the 1,000 or so people looking to graduate all send them 10, 20, 30 emails, that's 10-30,000 emails for one person to go through!  Again, don't be the person creating the backlog, they'll go through the backlog accordingly and complete this for you.

Here's the staff directory for Lisa Phillips and Nancy Parks, please don't 'spam' them with questions, keep it compact/concise (short and simple). Essentially, you only need to email them once indicating you should have enough credits to graduate (make sure of it by creating your spreadsheet with the info on the WIKI and you review your progress by tracking or updating your spreadsheet).

It's been a month since I heard back from Nancy (got an automated reply). The registrar says I'm good to go. Should I reach out to Lisa? Are they just generally backed up?

My son sent his transcripts last January and they are just now getting his credits in order.

They must be backed up.

I've been waiting for months on my credits to be applied, but Nancy responded to me the other day and after that, all my credits were immediately applied and the graduation form was sent to me to fill out. If you've gotten a response from Nancy, push to finish everything right now and you should be able to have the 130$ fee for summer graduation

I believe it should just be BOG for the field of study. I didn't put anything in the concentration area. If there's a AoE for him, I would just mention that in the email back to Nancy.
