A family member has been sending Lisa and David emails and they haven’t responded in over 12 days.

have you gotten a response yet ? I also have been trying to get a update on my graduation application only received a its been received email from the registrar office which was on 20/07/2024

they process things very quick at the register email address, BUT they don't respond many times. 
I honestly don't understand your question fully.
You want to confirm they got the graduation application? or you want to confirm when you will graduate? (will say graduate date)

In either case it should show up in ROAR-> student records-> View application to Graduate. Dont forget the payment to graduate...

Now if nothing shows up there. its likely they never got your application to graduate. in which case I would resend it. MAKE SURE TO USE YOUR PIERPOINT EMAIL ADDRESS. and follow guide here https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...cy-changes

sorry for not articulating my question properly i just want confirm when ill graduate when i go to ROAR-> student records-> View application to Graduate I do see a date but i don't see any charges on my account when i go to pay or should i ask where do i pay. I did receive a email saying they got my graduate email.
