Maybe the easiest thing to do will be to switch to another BOG awarding college, I talked to WVNCC today about how their transcripts are generated for their BOG students. Let's say that's it's bizarre for a college to not provide a transcript. They also told me there is a state mandate on how the credits are evaluated and they should be entered in a certain way thus providing a transcript. Again it's up to the college at hand and their interpretation of the mandate.

I'm not trying to deceive anyone or make matters worse; I'm trying to figure out why a transcript can and can not be produced. I'm going to look for another BOG program and possibly apply through them if this system cannot provide one.

If any of you can get a straight answer on why it can not be produced, please let me know.
