Here is the Letter I received via email from Pierpont. The issue is when i called the help desk or admissions they are telling me to contact the Registrar.
I have called everyday this week and left voicemails with no call back. I'm just trying to find a solution to get my application through to get my degree approved for April.

Initial letter I received from Pierpont.....
Thank you for your application to Pierpont Community & Technical College. Pierpont is working on creating your student account; your student account is how you will access your Pierpont email, official information, and online course information. You will receive your account information in a letter in the mail in approximately two weeks. If you are applying for Spring 2024 or future term, this letter will take longer to generate possibly four to six weeks.
In the meantime, please have all previous colleges send official final transcripts to Pierpont. Pierpont will also need final official high school transcripts. If you have attended college after graduating from high school, then you are not required to submit official high school transcripts.
If you are applying to a selective program, you will receive a letter in the mail listing program specific requirements.
Official digital transcripts can be sent by your school to processing@pierpont.edu
