From the Pierpont AAS BOG page:
"Students completing 15 or more credits in a particular technical or occupational focus will have an “area of emphasis” noted on their academic transcript upon graduation."
There is no definitive list of AOEs, but I suspect that, as with most aspects of this program, they're flexible. You can email Nancy Parks and ask about the health courses.

Update: UExcels do NOT count toward the graded credit requirement.
