The price seems ok, I guess it just depends on what they want you to do to complete the program.

It would be interesting to know which Penn State campus awards the degree. For example, my son did a degree online at Penn State. The degree was conferred by the Harrisburg campus.
I don't know if such distinctions represent a difference. They do in Maryland and California, for example.

There's one Pennsylvania State University with one instance of accreditation. It's unlike how University of Maryland, College Park and University of Maryland Global Campus are different institutions that are accredited separately.
Moreover, at Penn State, campuses don't award degrees, colleges do. This program is run by their College of Education.

As a Pennsylvania native who grew up in a city with a PSU campus, I can tell you they do not make any separate distinction for online programs nor specific campuses. Their motto is One Penn State. Very unlike most state colleges.
