The cost is cheap - Very cheap. and there are only residency requirements, but they can be waived, such as Trump's travel visa issues, or similar reasons for international and local US travel use good medical reason.

Don't do DBA or anything else.  MSU have great programs.

I'm sorry I didn't see your progress earlier - I remember a while ago you were working on your undergrad at UMPI. You've made significant headway since then; already engaged in another PhD? Inspiring! Congratulations so far on your commendable work!

That's my signature, but I should have mentioned that I completed (not fully) Liberty University's PhD in Instructional Technology in 2018 and had a fee dispute with the department because they increased my fee and didn't accepted all the previous Cumberland credits even the evaluation state that i will be exempt for 9 credits.
Hence, I stopped the course when i started writing the literature review and moved on. Should i have completed the remaining 4 courses? I should have ....but paying additional 11K wasn't in my cash plan since i was paying from my own pocket and will continue to pay from own pocket. But that fight with Liberty became very personal.

I decided to reach out to see if my doctoral degree in public safety from Middle Georgia State University qualifies me for ABD status. Has anyone had luck achieving ABD status?

Good luck, but I wouldn't bet on it. Typically, work done to earn a doctorate elsewhere won't be acceptable to be applied to a second degree. On the other hand, everything at this stage is negotiable. Please be sure to report your results!
