I've always wanted to do a Penn Foster degree (because I think they can be completed really fast) but eventually found out that I wasn't able to because the programs are US-only and that Penn Foster global isn't open to Canadians either and so I was informed of their partner school, ICS Canada. Unfortunately, ICS Canada didn't have any degree programs.
But that school has now closed and on the website, it says to go to Penn Foster:

I left them a message on chat so I should be receiving an email back.
Ashworth College's Canadian partner school closed a long time ago. I haven't reached out to them

Nostalgia, again! Haha, I remember them! Ashworth and Penn Foster have merged a few years ago, their Canadian operations (ICS and PCDI) also got merged into Penn Foster.

Haha, PCDI's webpage still works, it even mentions the same thing the ICSLearn webpage states!

If only I knew sooner, lol. I still will be applying though.
The following programs are not available for students in Canada:
Health Care Management AS Degree
Home Health Aide
Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant AS Degree
Pharmacy Technician Professional
Early Childhood Education AS Degree
As of 10/30/2024, ICS Canada was decommissioned.
As long as the Ashworth program doesn't require an externship, you are eligible to enroll.

Basically, haven't looked at Ashworth (after they got rid of their masters degrees) or Penn Foster (after they let some of their ACE recommended for credit classes expire, not extending or renewing those classes). They're a viable option for NA (DEAC) degrees not readily available, the main one being their Associates and Bachelors in Vet Tech...
