Hi All,
I'm having a ridiculous time getting in contact with a rep @ Penn Foster to sign up for some courses.

I'm continually calling their 800-233-0259 and get so answer from "Tom" the customer service manager.

Does anyone have a good extension to reach out to to get signed up?

penn Foster now provide the option to signed up for some single courses on their website.... So hopefully the course you have in mind is available.

I just called, the VM message states MaryBeth is out of the office until Wednesday. If you can wait until then that is who I have talked to in the past; but I would imagine anyone could get you signed up. Is it that no one is answering?

Unless I am mistaken there are only specific courses that can be signed up for online, and none are the courses I want. From what I've heard previously I need to call to sign up for every other course.

I've been calling the Workforce / Development line and waiting through the options, in the end it says "I'll connect you with a customer service manager" and continually get connected to someone who is not there.

I'm just curious about if others have a contacts extension who they have called in the past. I'm not given the option to connect to an operator (should I just press 0?)
