Sophia/CLEP/DSST Info Tech exams = all same?

I completed Intro to Info Technology at Sophia a while back. Does this course count for the same as these other exams?

DSST Computing & Info Technology
CLEP Information Systems
DSST Management Information Systems

I'm past the midway point on my required/desired CLEP and DSST exams. This subject does not interest me, so although I've taken unnecessary exams for my own benefit, I don't want to take anything unnecessary in this subject area.

For the record, I think I'm loosely targeting Small Biz Admin at TESU.

Here's how TESU brings these in the last time I checked - but it doesn't mean that they don't consider them duplicates, sometimes there's no rhyme or reason for the Computer courses.
