Help finding a thread (or info) on FAFS reconsideration based on lower 2020 income

I swear there was a thread here a month or three ago that described the procedure for appealing your FAFSA evaluated need if your 2020 income was considerably lower than your 2019 (on which FAFSA 21-22 is based).
I've spent about 20 minutes looking for the thread and can't find it. Can anyone help or provide the link? Many thanks!
