Hello all,
Although this is my first post, Ive been "lurking" around for a couple of months. All of you guys have been a wealth information and I am happy to note that, I've completed 6 Aleks courses and am now venturing into the CLEP and DSST world.
With that said, my first exam will be Info systems with computer apps. Ive been using IC and took the Peterson's exam (scored a 78).
As this is my first exam I am a bit shaken by this. Do you guys feel that I am ready for the test, scoring a 78 on the Peterson's exam? I don't want to spend to much time on this as I want to jump on to my next exam.
Thanks in advance for your input.

I took that exam a few weeks ago. If you have a basic understanding of computers, networking and the internet, (and I do mean BASIC, like go over some wikipedia entries if you need to) you should do fine. I don't know anything about Peterson's exams, but for future reference the Collegeboard practice CLEP tests are a very good indicator of real exam performance.

I usually take the CLEP after I get a 50 or more on the Peterson's. I have scored above 60 on every one of my CLEPs. To get a 78 would tell me you are more than ready to take the real thing. Peterson's are usually way harder than the real thing.
Good luck!
