"I understand that you have contacted my colleague, Danielle Jones with questions. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I do need to inform you that we are not able to enroll new F1 students at this time as we are offering courses online only at this time."
Are you even trying to get an F1 visa? AFAIK, you're not? If not, I would reply to them with something like "That's perfect, I'm only interested in online courses at this time. I am not in need of an F1 visa."

That's exactly how I would slice it... tell them you're just taking online courses and do not need the Visa at all. Ask them how to proceed further with these free credits and the free course.

Hi guys that was my first conversation to the person who was assisting me, I told her why I need a visa for online courses I can understand if I need to be face to face on campus and most adult nowadays don't even have the chance to sit like a traditional student in a classroom.
Later she said I will transfer your inquiries to someone that handle international student, and they replied me this on the email.
I will reply them late saying the same thing, the only thing I see from American colleges is that they sink a student in huge depth making a degree unaffordable, I was receiving several options from universities in Europe they are way cheaper and online they do not even ask for a visa.
