I would offer some insight on the exams, but the specific feedback section on HTYH has a better example than I could give. The Social Sci. and History was basically just a combo of US his. I & II, western civ., soc., psych., economics, and what looked like anthropology. I would say the emphasis is on history, but not real specific on any of the topics. If you have the basics on them, then you're probably fine.
