Got a 66!
It's been 3 years since I've done math so it took me a handful of days to brush up on my studying.
I've been noticing, the Petersons practice tests are a lot harder than the actual Clep. Which in a way is a good thing. I just don't like getting a lot incorrect on those practice tests.
Up next, science or history... Can't decide..

Resources i used were:
Clep Official Practice Test
Petersons Practice Tests
REA College Algebra Study Guide & Tests
khanacademy.com
How much and what you study depends how you are at math..
And how much you already know..
All i needed to do was touch up my algebra skills,
Im fairly good at math and in high school i went up to Statistics.
So everything was review for me, its just been a few years.
On the practice tests i would average 60-80% correct, just make sure you go through and understand why you missed what you did.
Hope this helps!

I took the test today and I thought the test was a little harder than Peterson's test. I got a 48(best score was 88 on Peterson's), so naturally I wouldn't recommend studying Peterson's only. 1.) it's ALL the conventional, easy questions. I read through the College algebra final at my college and numerous questions from this final were on the test. and the final for the actual class is more a representation of what the test is.
Oh well, I'm marking my calendar for January, 12th, 2013. I'll take it then and I'm sure I'll pass it with the right study aid. I also used to college algebra CLEP study guide and that was about the same as Peterson's. What a total rip off on the apart of the college board, I'm glad I got it for free from a friend. That study guide isn't worth it's weight in salt. It prepared for me like 5-6 questions on the test, needless to say, don't use it as a sole study guide. Pair the study guide with an actual college algebra final from your school.

I've been studying the REA and have done well on all three tests, between 75% and 87%. should i feel confident enough to pass it tomorrow??? This is kind of a one shot deal for me. Thanks for any feedback!

Those scores sound great -- usually a 60% is a good sign of passing, and you have quite surpassed that.

When I took this exam, my practice test score was 70% and I still got a decent grade, so with PT scores like that, you're good to go! If you have the Official CLEP Study Guide, take that; usually the practice tests are a great measurement of you will do on the real exam. Good luck to you, and let us know how you do!
