You would have to discuss that with an EC advisor. But it should, because it's RA. They're picky when it comes to English Comp from alternate sources, but they are (as far as I know) pretty generous when it comes to English Comp from RA (and maybe NA) sources.
Thanks for the response, just got back from my EC advisor and looks like it's a no from him, " I have looked up that course, ENG 200, from Olivet Nazarene University, and it does not look like it will transfer or count for the second Written English requirement. "
But he seems pretty confused about all my questions(doesn't even know what an ACTFL test is), don't know how accurate this would be.

That's a very strange response. I could understand EC not accepting it toward their English Comp requirement, but surely it would at least be an elective. I don't remember hearing of EC ever not accepting RA credit, only in not accepting it to specific requirements.

He is probably not the best person to ask. I would ask him to escalate this to the registrar, as they are the ones who decide.
As for ACTFL, an advisor will not know every way to get ACE or NCCRS credit - they don't generally deal with that. I'm not surprised he's never heard off ACTFL. My advice, again, is to ask him to escalate this.
Advisors are better at working within their own school system to tell you what you need to take or what the rules are. They are NOT good at advising on outside credits.

UoPeople sent my transcript to ONU by postal mail on March 7th.
I started asking on Wayfinder since 22th and after getting initial answers that the transcript have not been received yet, I received an answer on March 29th that the transcript has been received, and that there was some delay because some people was on vacation.
So everything is still in "Verifying equivalence" status yet.

I was curious on this step, why are we sending U of People credits to ONU for evaluation or transfer? Is there a specific program requirement to start getting their credits? What if you're starting from scratch, what are the requirements to get into ONU for taking their RA courses? Actually, I'll dig into that... Let me read their website for details on admissions...

For ONU, you either need to send a HS diploma/GED or a college/university transcript to prove that you're eligible to take their courses.

Yeah, that's what I originally thought... but then I was thinking, it couldn't have been that simple and they're just looking for admission requirements. For a moment, I then thought they were trying to convert NA credits to RA which won't work. Anyways, just making sure we're on the same page...

Finite Math:
I sent my discussion forum posts + comments to two other students 2 days ago, and almost exactly 48 hours later, all of them are graded (meet expectations / doesn´t meet expectations) with comments.
All 5 posts okay.
4 out of 10 comments to other students have to be expanded or modified.
