I cannot access the audio on the flashcards.......anyone having this problem.

Please try again; I'd disabled them during the software upgrade a couple of days ago and they're back now.
On the Course List page, only the subjects that have a yellow speaker symbol next to them have audio. Go to the table of contents page for the subject you want audio for (the page where you choose your flashcard topics), and you should see the icons to download the audio. If you don't, try refreshing or if that doesn't work, do a forced refresh (CTRL+F5 in Internet Explorer).

Update......It denied me, because it is only recognizing your signature/password ( I am trying to use Western C I)
