Hi,
Does anyone know where I can take a comprehensive online course (
preferably that will earn me credits ) in Microsoft access? The place I work at uses an order manager that is based on access and I really have to learn more on how it works.
Thanks in advance!

Course Title: Northeastern College of Professional Studies
Will run you about $1,000 though. I'd just pick up a book and learn out of it.

Thanks.
The Clovis option seems kind of reasonable. Does anyone know if Thomas Edison will accept their credits?
Thank you

Yes they will. Clovis is regionally accredited.

We are using Microsoft Office Access 2007 Comprehensive. ISBN 978-1-4239-05899. It's an excellent book with step by step tutorials. My plan is to go through the tutorials in the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Study Guide ISBN 978-0-735625488 next and then take the Microsoft (Certiport) exam. (I don't know if ACE gives credit for the exam.)

If you don't need credit, just a good intro course Goodwill provides free training in most computer programs. Visit livefree.org. I haven't been to their site for a while so I don't know what is on their schedule. Also probably any community college in your area will have a continuing education or community education dept that should also offer these classes on a 6-8 week term fairly inexpensively. Good Luck!

I don't know if this site would help you, but I liked it when I was studying for the computing exams:
