New here; intrigued, slightly confused and overwhelmed

I'm steadily making my way through the courses, and in my csv file, I came across 2 course providers that I don't know what they are or where I can find them. Anyone know what CIW and ITIL are?

My course providers in the spread sheet are: sophia, study.com, CIW, ITIL, Amazon for cert, coursera.

As for the "Natural Science Lab" course, I can take:
-Human Biology Lab
-Introduction to Chemistry Lab
-Anatomy & Physiology I Lab
-Microbiology Lab
-Anatomy & Physiology II Lab

Anyone know which one would be easier out of all these (less touchstones, content-wise, etc.)?
