Basically, that's the reason you want to review posts #39 and onward from your thread... Review posts from me on #45 which you quoted on post #46 and more until you get to the end of this thread.  TESU and UMPI practically is the same for the first 90 credits, it's the final credits or the "major" that has requirements that are different... Again, UMPI needs to have 30 credits residency, TESU requires 15 residency credits.

I had skipped on reading those questions about TESU since i was laser focused on BLS at UMPI-TY! I will read up and get upto speed.

Take your time reviewing the entire thread again, going for any masters is within reach as long as you have the prerequisites, it doesn't require a BA Psych to get into a MS Psych or a BA Business/BAOL to get into a MBA or MAOL.  I mentioned in many posts, you can do a minor at UMPI for the BLS, but that minor doesn't have enough Upper Level requirements, thus - adding a second minor and/or getting the 3-4 classes for the MAOL will work.  In other words, you need the BLS Management & Psych to get the degree completed unless you're looking at random upper level credits (MAOL or something different).

Thanks for clarifying, I understand that it's not needed for the MS program to match the BA degree subject.

I do want to look into a 2nd minor option at UMPI.  So a BLS Management w/ Psych would be ideal. Sorry for dumb question how do the double minor and total credits work? 120 is the total, but if you do double minor does it go over like 134? (random number) 

I saw other posts about getting enrolled into UL 3-4 classes for the MAOL when taking BLS..that is also a good option for me to consider.

You would take as many classes as needed to accomplish the minor. So yes, you would go over 120 and get some number like 134 (if thats how many it puts you over). They offer courses for the online psychology program, so doing the "Management w/ Psych" option is possible. 

I see in the addendum that you're from NJ (greetings)! May I suggest possibly looking at TESU and using the "NJ College Promise" to pay for your college degree:

I would pay the cost of $99 for Sophia, do as many courses as you can to cover GEC req., and apply at TESU for the BA in Psychology:

Then, I would apply at UMPI for the MAOL. Or you could just do UMPI all the way through. Either choice isn't a bad option. Best of luck out there!

After a BA or BLS def looking into continuing my journey towards a MAOL or a type masters…will look into a phd as a possibility knowing it will be a road with lots of learning

I am set to start next week for the BLS, it's been a tough road getting ready but is grateful to find this forum!

Timing 12m or less, budget 12k or less, RA accredited & AACSB are important (looking for jobs in tech innovation, gov, public sector, teaching, univ) Can't do HAU or ENEB. Looking ladder from UMPI into a Masters? ACE friendly. I really self paced program.

As AACSB is important for you, be mindful that a university's business school might hold AACSB accreditation but a given business-related degree from the university might not. Although I haven't seen an MBA without AACSB from a university with an AACSB business school, it isn't uncommon to have a business-related degree taught from outside the business school and therefore not AACSB per se, e.g., leadership from a school of professional studies, finance from a department of economics housed in the school of arts and sciences, marketing from journalism and communication, human resources from education.

Now, if a school is prestigious and its business school AACSB and it happens to have something like an MS in Finance housed with economics outside the business school, is that likely to get a "no" from a hirer looking for AACSB? That's an interesting question. I don't know that it's been empirically tested.

Furthermore, AACSB isn't all that, I would be open to ACBSP as well with a preference towards the AACSB if need be... It really also depends on a mix of factors as these various variables determine what you're looking for, cheap, easy, fast, ROI/Value, plus programmatic/secondary accreditation...

HAU, UMPI, are both RA, I wouldn't recommend ones with IACBE unless they're a very well known in-state institution and you have it cheap because of tuition assistance or reimbursement, that IACBE is just a little bump over "plain jane RA" as I have never heard or read about any careers or jobs asking for that...

Side Note: AACSB is Bachelors to Doctorate, ACBSP covers Associates as well, the only time I've seen ACBSP preferred or required is for instructors at the community college or at private institutions (non-profit and for-profit). Otherwise, they practically are 'neck and neck' with AACSB slightly edging ACBSP.

Generally, we advise trying to maximize your transfer credits before enrolling in college to enhance your chances of graduating successfully.

However, there are situations where you might not want to maximize credits at UMPI:

• If the registration deadline is approaching, and you already have 60 or more transfer credits, and you don't want to wait until the next term.
  
• If you need to complete 60 graded credits at UMPI to improve your chances of getting into graduate school.
  
• If you plan on pursuing multiple majors or minors, which would entail completing more than 30 credits at UMPI regardless.
  

would you mind elaborating more on the second point please, i do plan on getting into grad school later on , will transferring 60 3rd party credit be more beneficial then 90
and is there like a specific number of credit (in the 40s 60s ??) to improve chances of getting into grad school is there a certain percentage so of speak , also how many sessions would it realistically take to finish 60 credits at umpi ?

for context i am planning on getting the bba project management and is , and for future i want to go to cs grad school but not too sure atm

Some masters programs will accept almost everyone with a bachelors degree with no grades. Many hard to get into schools base admissions on the last two years of graded credit, often plus an admission exam such as GMAT. If you are scrounging around for cheap and easy schools you are probably not looking to enter those schools.
