I was wondering has anyone taken, any classes with New Charter? I test drove their intro to marketing, and it reminds me of saylor.org, but has an ungraded initial assessment to see how much you know about the course, which is only 25 questions like aleks... Can someone give me any info about individual courses?

New Charter University is a nationally accredited school with no ACE or NCCRS approved courses. Their credits won't transfer to TESC, COSC, and many other regionally accredited schools. Excelsior might consider them. I don't think they do individual courses because operate like a self-paced, competency-based school. You pay by a term and complete as many credits as you can within that term.

Yep, but without the regional accreditation. New Charter is owned by the same company that owns Patten University which is regionally accredited. It's also competency-based.
