I recently completed Aleks College Algebra but instead of crediting my general ed requirements because the Math req was already filled. TESC put my College Algebra credit into Natural Sciences? Is this legit or was it a mistake I need them to change because I'm trying to figure out what all I still need to finish and it could mean the difference between 1 or 2 NS classes.

That sounds correct, if you had already completed your Gen Ed math, then yes Algebra falls under Nat Sci/Math area.
What section of your gen ed did they list as needing filled?
DSST- General Anthropology - 52, Intro to Computer - 469, Technical Writing - 54, DSST Ethics in America - 59 (1996),
CLEP- Sociology -54, College Math - 550(1996), CLEP Principles of Management - 60 (1996)
