Quick answer would be appreciated!

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can answer me quickly and apologies if these are stupid questions.

I've been taking Sophia courses, but will be very tied up for the next couple months.  I just finished my 7th Sophia course and I want to cancel the membership because it rolls over Tuesday and I won't be able to do anything for a while.

But how do I retrieve the credits in the future when I'm ready to apply to UMPI?  I might do more courses in the future, but might not.

If I cancel now, do I have to sign up again later to get the transcript?

Should I ask for a transcript now?

Thanks in advance.

You can always get a Sophia transcript through Parchment. No problem. You don't need a Sophia membership. You go to the Parchment transcription services website and it's all taken care of. I wouldn't request transcripts until you've applied. They won't hang on to them very long without an application.
