I had looked for a list of nationally accredited doctorates in one place and could not find it. So I am starting my own. So far I have listed most of the DEAC accredited institutions.

Hmm, I would expand this further, not just DEAC... You should take a look at other options from TRACS for example, if you're looking through NA lists there are a few other accreditation options available to select from... ACCSC does not accredit schools offering the doctorate.
COE does not accredit schools offering the doctorate.

Except for a couple of niche areas, like bible and other faith-based schools, your two options are DEAC- and TRACS-accredited schools. No need for a list; those two agencies maintain searchable databases on their websites.

In a static discussion thread that will either be (a)outdated or (b) lost in the shuffle over time? One that is not designed to be searched?
