Hmm, I would expand this further, not just DEAC... You should take a look at other options from TRACS for example, if you're looking through NA lists there are a few other accreditation options available to select from... ACCET does not accredit schools offering the doctorate.
ACCSC does not accredit schools offering the doctorate.
COE does not accredit schools offering the doctorate.
Except for a couple of niche areas, like bible and other faith-based schools, your two options are DEAC- and TRACS-accredited schools. No need for a list; those two agencies maintain searchable databases on their websites.

If someone wants to make this more permanent, they can add them to the existing doctorates page, which also includes "regional" and other-country accreditation: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Doctoral_studies.
I would not recommend creating a new, separate wiki page just for DEAC and TRACS doctorates because that seems overly specific to me, but I'm not in charge so y'all do what you want.
