I couldn't find much information about the Nobel University DBA on its website, just this:

The tuition page does not list tuition for the DBA program, just the MBA. Assuming the costs are the same or higher, that would put this nationally credited DBA at $30,000. Are we considering that cheap? Or is this program quick instead?

Interestingly, I believe that EDU Effective is run by the same people that LIGS is. I think in that case, though, they're saying that their programs are non-academic not because of their relationship with ASIC but because of the level of recognition EDU Effective has in Czechia, where it's based.
