Just an FYI: Please note the free retake or second shot campaign is only valid for exams taken by eligible military service members between April 18th, 2016 â May 31, 2016. Service members who take an exam during that time and do not pass will receive a voucher. The voucher is to be used in the DSST testing domain â not the military testing domain.

I did the principles of supervision and it was really easy and I wasn't thinking I would pass since I only studied for 2 hours. Now I need advice on how to pass the fundamentals of college algebra to complete my ccaf. Also people need to take advantage of the free retake. One down two go!

Use Khan Academy, it's free. Spend as much time as possible doing Algebra Basics, and when you're to 100%, you can switch to Algebra I. You should already be a certain % through the course at that point (as you learn competencies, it adds them to all of the other courses as well, so you'll have % complete in most of the upper math sections). Go through Algebra I. Then, try to get maybe 30% through Algebra II. At that point, you will easily be ready for the DSST (it's only considered Intermediate Algebra, not College Algebra, which is all the way through Algebra II).

Thanks for this. Now I just need to figure out how to sign up for a DSST, since my education office is useless and since the site doesn't offer much help.

more than likley all you will have to do is reserve a time at your education office for the dsst then your proctor will help you set up the day of. Unlike the cleps where you have to get a reservation ticket from college board
