I'm assuming this specific wording is for international students, yes. I don't think I've ever seen another school ask this kind of question. It's understandable to care whether XYZ class was in person or online, for medical students and similar, but most undergrad classes don't need to be in-person.

There is nothing to worry about. That's not what it means. The language is just saying that online degree programs don't apply to the context of the question, not that people with online degrees shouldn't apply. As Rachel pointed out, it sounds like an international student question.

So, just hit "yes" and move forward. You'll be fine.

@OP, I wouldn't worry too much about that one, it may be used for them to reference or track individuals who may be familiar with online learning and individuals who are not. They'll use that metric to further decide on what may help or maybe even create an orientation course for those new to online distance education. Who knows, it might be just a simple question to see if you have that experience yet...
