Rio Salado prerequisites?

I wanted to know how this is coming. My son signed up last night for nutrition lab. He selected the option that said he was a student elsewhere and there were no transcripts or placement testing requirements. Literally, he just registered and paid. Do that- don't indicate that you're trying to earn a degree/ cert with them.

Rio Salado says they take ACE evaluated credits. So Straighterline / Study.com / Ed4Credit for biology, with or without lab. Same for chemistry except that Study.com doesn't have chem lab that I can see.
