So does anyone have any info on if jumpcourse is temporarily having issues or if the site is going to be down permanently. I know they were up a few days ago but just checked recently and it comes up with a back-end error/maintenance message.

Oh wow, I just tried it and it's down for me as well...
Hmm, it says they're doing maintenance so, I would see how it is after the holiday.
How long has it been since it was last working for you? Hope they aren't having issues...
Usually it would be fixed promptly if it was an issue with the ISP as most of them would have an up time of 99%.
Come to think of it, there was a thread in regards to JumpCourse not being accepted at a college or two recently.

I have emailed them a couple of times and left messages asking for a refund. Thus far, I haven't been successful. I am not sure if any of there math classes are being accepted right now. If anyone has any additional information please let me know.

:toetap: That's weird, their site is back up. So, I don't think they're out of business or anything, maybe technical issues.
I'm not sure if you will be able to get a refund as they "were" ACE Recommended at the time when you enrolled.
