Inquiry Regarding Equivalent Classes for Remaining UMPI Requirements
#1
Dear Forum Members,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently in the process of completing my remaining classes at UMPI in BLS Management and Political Science, and I'm seeking advice on equivalent courses that I can take to fulfill these requirements.
For the upcoming summer session 1, I have the following UMPI classes remaining:
  1. PHI152 - Introduction to Ethics

  2. PSYCHOLOGY

  3. ART108 - Graphic Design

  4. ENG151 - Intro to Literature or HUM1

  5. BIO105 - Biology for Everyday Life or HPR101 - Lifelong Wellness

  6. ENV110 - Intro to Environmental Science

  7. GEO101 - Human Geography or SOC100 - Intro to Sociology

  8. HTY116 - World Civilization II

  9. BUS260 - Leadership

  10. Operations Management

  11. PCJ215 - Business Communication
I'm eager to complete these courses during this session and have already accumulated over 30 credits at UMPI. Could you please advise me on which classes I can take that would be considered equivalent to the ones listed above?
Your guidance and suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I navigate through this process.
Thank you for your time and assistance.

That's right, I would highly recommend going with what's in the WIKI for cost, ease, speed... Furthermore, the main providers Sophia.org and Study.com are all you need, unless you're looking at customizing your degree, you can change providers to other ACE options that have been mentioned or recommended on the board.

Why would you complete these GEC courses at UMPI? You can complete the entire GEC on Sophia. Science in YourPace is brutal. It's ridiculously slow. I've only seen a handful of students complete it at UMPI and it's usually like 6 weeks long. You also have to wait for your owl pellet to arrive by mail before doing some of the labs. Where did you complete the 24UL credits for your BLS?
