So I'm sure this information maybe listed some where but I'm yet to get a clear answer. Is the Information Systems and Computer Applications CLEP multiple choice? I have been doing the flash cards but some of them are amazingly generic while others are absurdly old information. I'm a network administrator and if this is a multiple choice exam I think I am just going to go try it. Thanks for your input.

According to my CLEP study guide practice test, it is. All of them are in ABCDE format.
Note if you're taking multiple cleps, I'd highly recommend buying the study guide for the practice tests. You can get the 2014 edition for about $14 on Amazon shipped, or an older edition (maybe 2 years max older) for about $4 on Abebooks. Check your library database online too.

All CLEP test are multiple choice. A couple of test also have an essay part and the public speaking has a presentation but those are explained in the test info.
As far as I know the CLEP test have not been updated and when i took this exam back in 2007 some of it was out of date. with your background you could probably pass it with your eyes closed

That isn't necessarily true. CLEP Mathematics it was noted by a recent test taker that a few questions were 'enter answer' format.
