Information Systems & Computer Applications CLEP
#1
I'm planning on taking the computer clep, and i like using instant cert, but i can only study on a computer. Does anyone have the IC study cards on something i can print out or another study material for this test that's like a book that i can read w/o a computer? I don't plan in spending anymore money than IC. Thanks in advance

What was your score, what'd you use to study? Any feedback you'd like to give for that exam?

Hey guys,

I've CLEP exams on Computer Information Systems on May the 16th. I'm also enrolled in a University with 18 credits, and the finals are concurrent with my CLEP examination. Thus, i'm finding it a little straining to handle both simultaneously.

However, I've few questions to the CLEP takers as well as to those who have ideas on Computer Info Systems.

1) What is the format of the questions - Mutliple Choices? True and False? Description?

2) How does it work? Once you check the answer, can you reverse (uncheck and check another answer)?

3) How would you rate its hardness? - For some say its extremely easy, and others say its hard (i know its gotta do with the amount of study you do, but how's it in general)

Appreciating your insights in advance.

I see you signed "NewBie" to CLEP. Have you checked the "specific feedback site" for members only? I think you get all the info. you need there The info. is great and the members are wonderfully helpful -Smile

Can you not take the DSST test for Intro to computers? It seems to be the easier of the two unless you feel comfortable with what the members tell you over in the "specific feedback site". Just want to make sure your school gives credit for the DSST.

By the way, could you navigate me how to get to "Specific Feedback Site". I'm a member if being a member of InstantCert is being a member there.

Thank you
